Geoffrey — we keep it simple. It started as a 30 day challenge, minimum of one plank a day. Started at 1:30 and add 5 seconds per day. We quickly modified it — do a plank (or two, three, etc) with gradual improvement. After 66 days, we are up to 4:00–5:00 minutes… 🏋️‍♀️
