Other than search, Gmail is the primary service most Google users access with Google. And with good reason, it is a fantastic email client which continues to get better.

Understanding the basics of using Gmail and managing contacts, etc. greatly enhances your flexibility and will drive significant productivity improvements. How? By reducing the time it takes for you to do many of those routine email and contact tasks that we all do everyday!
