Nice post Victoria. Collaboration tools — texting, Evernote, Slack and Snapchat — have dramatically reduced my need to use email. I have found that organizations, and professionals, are increasing open to other, quicker forms of communication. In my case, just asking the question, and being open to whatever preference the client has, is a very effective approach.
